Big Homie Wes with Young Thayer and Sam Guihan

Big Homie Wes is a rapper and producer in Vermont originally hailing from Texas. After opening for acts like Cappadonna of Wu-Tang Clan and Apathy in the beginning of his career as a live performer, he has been focused on curating a scene in Vermont and providing outlets for the hip hop community both performers and fans alike. Big Homie Wes’ shows feature self production along with live instrumentation from bass player Sam Guihan.

Modist

Chris Farina, also know as Modist, is an alternative hip hop artist from central, Vermont. He started creating in 2009 and hasn’t slowed down since. With over a decade of live performance experience, dozens of recorded songs, as well as being part of several bands, it’s clear Modist is all about music. Look out for his new EP, this summer, and his new album this fall!

Slade and Vast

Slade and Vast are two emcees born and raised in Vermont. They began rapping together when they met in high school at the end of the Nineties. Slade (Jesse Newton-Ward) and Vast’s (Shane Mcfarlin) style showcases lyrical intricacies and technical skills matched with meaningful content. The two share a lifelong love of hip hop, an authenticity that is clear when they perform, and a synergy that only comes from over twenty years of making music together.
